Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping to destinations within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Rates

For express shipping, the following shipping rates apply:

Express Shipping (Canada & US): $21.90CAD

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:
- Canada: 5-7 business days
- United States: 7-10 business days
Express Shipping:
- Canada: 2-3 business days
- United States: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, weather conditions).

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
